This is the living index of online resources cited in The Defensible Decision, organized by purpose. Every URL on this page was reached and reviewed on the verification date at the top; the per-section date stamp tells you when each block was last walked end-to-end. URLs change, sites move, and vendor documentation reorganizes itself constantly — when print and this page disagree, this page wins, because the web changes faster than reprints.
